When accessing the VPN on a MAC, we recommend using the TunnelBlick software.

Download the latest stable version of tunnelblick here.

Next, retrieve and download the ovpn file from the URL that will be provided by your EpiGrid reseller. This is the same link that is used to reset your Sophos VPN password.

 

Add the ovpn file into the TunnelBlick connection application, then enter your VPN credentials.
